Yesterday we announced that Karen-Marie Katholm has joined the board of directors as chairperson.
Karen-Marie Katholm has extensive global leadership experience from different industries and brings deep insight into sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence and scaling. Most recently, Karen-Marie Katholm was Global Integrated Operations Leader for DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences (former Danisco), overseeing more than 70 factories globally and leading an organization of more than 6,500 employees.
I was raised on a farm and still keep one in Jutland. So, the journey from farm to food is very close to my heart. So, I am excited by the opportunity to combine my professional experience from manufacturing companies with my passion for sustainable farming, says Karen-Marie Katholm.
Karen-Marie Katholm, who holds an engineering degree and an Executive MBA in Change Management, is also a board member of Nasdaq Copenhagen listed freight forwarding company Nordic Transport Group (NTG), Terma, a Danish manufacturer of defense and non-defense applications and of Green Hydrogen Systems, the leading manufacturer of modular electrolysers for production of hydrogen.
